Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion period will be from sSaturday, August 27, 2022 to Friday, September 30, 2022.August 27 to Friday, September 30, 2022.
2. Participating users are those who make deposits over USD$250 and choose the code QAT2022 in the BONUS section of the Online Cashier when making their deposit. To make váIn order to validate participation, the deposited amount must be played in its entirety.
3. If you deposit at OXXO stores through OXXOPAY, each participation will count double.
4. This promotion has a participation limit of 10 transactions per day and per user.
5. Deposits that do not use the code QAT2022 in the online cashier, cancelled, declined, pending and/or deposits and wagers that are not made during the promotional period will not be considered for this promotion.

Winners will be notified via phone call, SMS, Inbox or email, using the contact information provided in their Betcris account.

 

THE PRIZE INCLUDES:

• Round trip economy class flight from Mexico City International Airport (AICM) to Hamad International Airport (Doha, Qatar) including taxes. Flights are with stopover and the country of stopover will be notified to the winner of the prize at least 20 days in advance for visa processing if required.
• Transfer from Mexico City International Airport (AICM) to the selected Hotel in Doha by Nevad Tours agency and transportation from the Hotel in Doha to Hamad International Airport (Doha, Qatar) by bus.
• Dhow Cruise Tour in Doha.
• Lodging with taxes included, which may vary depending on availability and selection by Nevada Tours.
• Breakfast during all days of lodging. In case of new sanitary restrictions, breakfast could be in each room a la carte or as determined at the time.
• Transfers by subway with guides for the Mexican National Team games selected by Nevada Tours.
• Tickets for the first phase of Mexico's National Team matches depending on availability.
• Surprise gift kit (Sizes and garments subject to availability).
• Travel insurance for the duration of the trip.
• Personalized attention from the Nevada Tours agency team throughout the trip.
• Betcris is not responsible for any other costs of a personal nature that are not explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

THE AWARD WILL BE FORFEITED IF:

• The winner has not obtained all required travel documents by the specified date.
• The Winner has any immigration complications that prevent him/her from entering, leaving or traveling within the country, stopover countries or countries hosting the World Cup in Qatar.
• Winner has any medical, legal or other condition that prevents him/her from accepting and participating in the Prize. 

1. Winners must have a passport with at least one empty page and a U.S. visa valid for at least 6 months after the date of the flight. and a U.S. visa valid for at least 6 months after the flight date, otherwise check-in at the departure airport will not be permitted.
2. In the event that the winner is unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternate tickets will be issued and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
3. In case the trip has a stopover in Turkey, winners must process their visa 20 days prior to departure, which must be printed and brought with them to be presented at the departure airport and at immigration upon arrival in Istanbul. Betcris is not responsible for the cost of the process or its outcome.
4. A negative COVID PCR test is required no later than 72 hours prior to arrival in Qatar; in case of a positive result, the trip will not be allowed and Betcris will not be responsible for this.
5. The winner must comply with the current travel and immigration requirements of each country which may be subject to change and should be consulted by the winner.
6. Winners will assume the cost of transportation to the Mexico City International Airport (AICM).
7. Winners must submit their visa, passport and INE within 24 hours after the announcement on social networks and first contact attempt with the user by Betcris. In case the documents are not delivered, the package corresponding to the winner will be drawn again in a period no longer than 12 hours.
8. The baggage allowance is up to 23 kg plus a carry-on of 10 kg. The cost of excess weight must be paid by the winners respecting the rates of the airline selected by Nevada Tours. Betcris is not responsible for covering the cost of excess baggage weight.
9. Winners must be willing to travel on the dates and times established by Nevada Tours.
10. The winner must inform Betcris of any wheelchair or similar accessibility needs.
11. The winner must inform Betcris of any dietary or allergen requirements at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the trip.
12. Winners grant Betcris the rights to use their image without any monetary compensation.
13. The prize may not be exchanged for any other prize or cash, nor may it be transferred to another person.
14. This promotion can only be won once per user.
15. This promotion cannot be combined or accumulated with other bonuses and/or promotions..
16. This promotion is valid for new, recreational and VIP users.
17. The winner(s) shall not be entitled to any compensation and shall have no possibility of any claim against Betcris if the Qatar 2022 World Cup or any other event forming part of the prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
18. If the winner cancels the prize, no alternative prize, compensation and/or refund will be issued.
19. This promotion is only valid for users residing in Mexico, exclusively over 18 years of age, who are registered as Betcris users.
20. If the selected winners do not comply with the stipulated requirements and conditions, Betcris reserves the right to re-draw the prize.Terms and Conditions
