Terms and Conditions
- This bonus applies only to reloads and not to the first deposit. For the purposes of this promotion, the first deposit shall be understood as the first deposit of funds made by the player after creating their account, verified and approved in accordance with Betcris' internal procedures.
- The 15% bonus is valid until December 31, 2026, provided that the RECARGA15 bonus is selected at the online cashier when making a deposit on Mondays only. Failure to select the bonus at the online cashier, for any reason, including player error or technical issues, will prevent the promotion from being applied, without giving rise to any right to claim.
- To participate in this promotion, players must make a minimum deposit of USD $10 (or the equivalent in local currency).
- The maximum amount of Free Plays awarded is USD $500 (or its equivalent in local currency).

How is it calculated?
The calculation would be as follows:
(Deposit + Bonus) x Bonus Multiplier
Example: if you deposit $50 USD and receive a 15% bonus ($7.50 USD) with a 3x rollover, the calculation will be: ($50 + $7.50) x 3 = $172.50 USD rollover required.
How is it completed?
Only sports bets count toward the bonus rollover.
These are the conditions:
- In winning bets, the lower amount between the amount risked and the amount won is counted.
- For losing bets and PUSH/ties, the amount wagered is counted.
- VOID bets, canceled bets, or bets with cashout do not apply.
- It is not considered action generated in casinos or horse racing.
- Plays made with bonus or free plays also do not apply.
If your balance (real + bonus) falls to USD $5 or less, the rollover may be considered complete, depending on the internal system.
What happens if I don't complete it?
You will not be able to withdraw money until you have completed the total rollover established by the promotion.
- Applies to payment methods expressly enabled for promotions on the platform at the time of deposit.
- This bonus does not apply to Casino or Horse Racing. It applies exclusively to Sports.
- All bonuses are optional and will only be valid if they are expressly selected at the online cashier.

- the creation or use of multiple accounts by the same player, directly or indirectly;
- sharing devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or personal data with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
- collusion between players, prior agreements, or coordination of bets;
- the use of bonuses in a chained, systematic, or repeated manner with the aim of circumventing rollover requirements or promotion limitations;
- the use of software, scripts, automation, arbitrage strategies, risk hedging, or other practices that, in Betcris' reasonable opinion, distort the recreational nature of the promotion.
In such cases, Betcris shall not be obligated to credit bonuses, release funds, or pay out winnings derived from such conduct.

How is it calculated?
The calculation is as follows:
(Deposit + Bonus) × Bonus Multiplier
Example: If you deposit USD $50 and receive a 10% bonus (USD $5) with a 3x rollover, the calculation will be: (USD $50 + USD$5) × 3 = USD $165 of required rollover.
How is it completed?
To meet the rollover requirement, only sports bets count.
