A Free Play is a type of bonus awarded when you participate in specific events, welcome bonuses or social media promotions, which increases your chances of winning when you place a bet, as it has the advantage that you do not play with your own money.

Free Play General Rules
- Free Spins can be used in straight and/or combination bets.

Free Play Restrictions
- Each Free Play is valid for 180 days; after that period they lose their validity and cannot be claimed.

Betting using a Free Play
To bet using your Free Play follow these instructions:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the type of bet you wish to make.

General Casino Rules
Casino Bonus Program
- The Casino Bonus Program is for recreational players only; each promotion can be claimed once per transaction.
- All bonuses are optional, valid only at the time of deposit and subject to Terms and Conditions, including rollover, and are credited upon request.

- No casino bonus will be credited retroactively; they must be claimed the same day the deposit is credited to the account. The cash back bonus must be claimed on Mondays.

- We offer one bonus per transaction (maximum 5 per day); claiming multiple promotions for the same transaction will be considered fraud and will result in expulsion from the Casino Bonus Program.
- The Casino Cashback Bonus will be awarded on Mondays only. Only players with weekly net losses of USD$200 (or local currency equivalent) or more will qualify. The Cash Back Bonus has a rollover of 30X. The week considered for this bonus is Monday through Sunday. This bonus will be awarded at the client's request.
- In order to claim any type of Promotion or Bonus, the code or name of the Promotion or Bonus must be provided.
- Opening multiple accounts will be considered as promotion abuse and all winnings will be automatically voided and all accounts will be closed.
- The Casino department reserves the right to audit all withdrawal requests before processing them.
- The Casino department will not be required to provide a reason for refusing any withdrawal request or be affected by your decision; however, as part of our commitment, information will be provided upon request.
- The Casino department reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of its promotions at any time.
