BetPoints is our new loyalty program that rewards our members for playing with BetCRIS.com. 1. How do I register for the BetPoints rewards program?

Simply open an account with BetCRIS.com and you are automatically registered for the program. Everyone starts at the Gold Membership level.

2. Is there a registration fee?

No.

3. What are the conditions for membership?

You must have an account registered with BetCRIS.com and be in good standing. In addition, management may determine, at our sole discretion, that your account is not eligible depending on the type of play. Only accounts considered to be “recreational” will be allowed to participate.

4. Does my account have to be in USD in order to participate?

No, all the currencies BetCRIS has in its registry area are eligible.

5. When do I start earning points?

You will start earning points as soon as you place your first wager on sports, casino, or poker. You earn points for every wager placed in the account from the date of sign-up according to this chart.

6. Where can I see my points?

Log in to BetCRIS.com and your points will appear automatically.

7. Can I transfer my BetPoints to my friend’s account?

No. BetPoints are non transferrable.

8. How often are my points updated into my BetPoints rewards account?

All points earned through sports and casino plays are updated on a daily basis at 12:00am midnight PST and added daily. Points earned through poker play are added daily, but lag 72 hours.

9. Where can I see my membership level status?

Log in to BetCRIS.com and your level is displayed automatically in the BetPoints area.

10. How do I redeem rewards points for cash or merchandise?

Login to your betting account and click on BetPoints. Then choose from the categories of Cash Back and Sweepstakes. After choosing the category, you must put in the quantity desired and then click add to cart button. From here you must confirm your orders by clicking on the checkout button.

11. How long does it take for my rewards orders to be processed?

When redeeming points for cash back, your account will be updated immediately.

12. Which countries does the BetCRIS loyalty program cover?

It applies to all countries currently in the registry section with the exception of the United States of America and its territories.

13. How do I move to the next level of the rewards program?

14. How many points do I earn for each wager I place?

View our Chart on points earned for each wager and on each level. Note that no BetPoints will be awarded for wagers on virtual horses, parlay/teaser cards, office pools, or contests. All money line bets in the NFL and NCAA American Football, and NBA and NCAA Basketball will not receive BetPoints. All bets on money lines, over/under and spread in Mexican baseball will not receive BetPoints.

Bets in soccer, hockey, tennis, golf, NASCAR, boxing, handball, volleyball and future wagers will be awarded one-half BetPoint per unit wagered.

15. How do you calculate BetPoints in a parlay wager when selecting (bets in soccer, hockey, tennis, golf, NASCAR, boxing, handball, volleyball, futures)?

Example: $100 - 3 team parlay with 1 soccer selection.

If all 3 selections are valid, you would receive $100 USD x 2 = 200 BetPoints. However, since there is a soccer selection in this parlay, the client will be given:

$100 USD x [(number of BetPoints for selection 1 + number of BetPoints for selection 2 + number of BetPoints for selection 3) / total selections of the parlay wager] x 2

= $100 x ((1+1+½) /3) x 2

= 166.66 BetPoints

16. How are BetPoints calculated in a parlay wager when selecting (money line bets in NFL and NCAA American Football, NBA and NCAA Basketball, as well as money line bets, over/under and spread in Mexican Baseball.)?

Example: $100 USD – 3-team parlay with a money line bet on NFL Football.

If the three selections are valid, you would receive $100 USD x 2 = 200 BetPoints. However, since he selected NFL Football in this parlay wager, the client is awarded:

$100 USD x [(number of BetPoints for selection 1 + number of BetPoints for selection 2 + number of BetPoints for selection 3) / total selections of the parlay wager] x 2

= $100 x ((1+1+0) /3) x 2

= 133.33BetPoints

17. Until when can I redeem my BetPoints?

After 8 months of inactivity, you will drop 1 status level. An account is considered inactive if no deposits or wagers have been placed. BetPoints become void after one year (12 months) of account inactivity. After this period your BetPoints will be zeroed out.
